I found staff helpful with directions. the breakfast had many options. The bacon were especially crispy. the room include a work desk and lamp. I was able to get some work done. i appreciated the soundproofing. Street noise was not a problem.

the elevator was a bit slow, but it's not a big deal.

the room had individual climate control. blackout curtains worked well. the bathroom included a hairdryer and toiletries. the beds were comfortable with clean, crisp linens.

The location was indeed very convenient. It was really easy moving to the main places since the metro is close. There is a supermarket just outside (very handy). The staff was very kind, and provided clear and accurate information.

The hotel requested a deposit of eur50 (it was unexpected). The receptionist acted quite frosty on arrival. It would be great to know this in advance, so guests are prepared.
