I found staff helpful with directions. the breakfast had many options. The bacon were especially crispy. the room include a work desk and lamp. I was able to get some work done. i appreciated the soundproofing. Street noise was not a problem.

The location was indeed very convenient. It was really easy moving to the main places since the metro is close. There is a supermarket just outside (very handy). The staff was very kind, and provided clear and accurate information.

The hotel requested a deposit of eur50 (it was unexpected). The receptionist acted quite frosty on arrival. It would be great to know this in advance, so guests are prepared.
